Ballarat & Central Highlands Pickleball Pathways was established to support the growth of pickleball across regional Victoria through inclusive, structured, and high-quality coaching programs.

We work with schools, clubs, and communities across Ballarat, and the Central Highlands, to introduce pickleball and provide clear development pathways for players of all ages and abilities. Our programs are designed to build strong foundations, confidence, and a lifelong enjoyment of the game.

At the heart of Pickleball Pathways is a commitment to accessibility and positive participation. We believe pickleball should be welcoming, fun, and achievable for everyone - whether it’s a student picking up a paddle for the first time, a junior looking to progress, or an adult returning to sport.

Through school programs, junior development pathways, group coaching, and one-on-one sessions, we aim to grow the game locally while supporting strong, sustainable pickleball communities across our region.
